Over the previous 20 years we have learnt that it is important for any two organizations to be able to understand each others drivers, wants and needs. Unless we as a marketing company spend time prior to any work or contract being drawn up to fully explain how we work, what we can offer and what the various stages of the experience will be it is hard for a client to make effective judgments on whether the supplier will supply what is required. Often during these sessions of building knowledge the requirements of the client will change due to a better understanding of what they are trying to achieve through open conversations with FDPMEDIA.
FDMEDIA will always ensure that a breakdown of costs and a firm written explanation of what will be achieved is understood by our clients. This time spent is one of the most important aspects that is often overlooked. Any supplier that on first meeting explains that they know what is required and 'it' will be delivered in 3 days may well be supplying what they want to for monetary sake rather than addressing the real issues to hand. |
