Follows is a simplified 12 point break-down of the way we progress from an initial client enquiry we receive:
1. We confirm receipt of the enquiry.
2. We ask questions as regards extent and complexity of the project in-hand.
3. We provide an outline of what we perceive to be the requirements.
4. From client confirmation of our understanding of the task required we will either supply an estimate of costings or we may return to the client with further questions.
5. We will, from client written order, proceed to the creative process where we will provide a written overview of how we see the project and how we would produce effective results.
6. From client acceptance we will provide outlines in visual format through sketches and notes to provide an initial insight into the intended creative work.
7. From client acceptance we will progress to production of artwork including such aspects as copy writing, photography and illustrations or whatever is required to produce the desired results.
8. We will supply visuals and updates at key stages and fully involve the client throughout the decision making process.
9. We will deliver in a timely fashion the project requested. Please note that we have never missed a deadline in our 20 years of service.
10. We will invoice in accordance with the agreed orders.
11. We will make available ALL original artwork in hard copy or digital format for client storage and later usage.
12. We will follow-up with the client for post production analysis.
