Anyone who uses the web will be able to spot a company that has cut corners by using free tools and free templates and it will reflect on the degree of importance that a company has placed on how they view their own client base and how they get their message across. If you won't spend effort presenting your services or products in a unique and professional manner why would you expect your buyers to select you above your competition?
It is very easy to explain to a potential client that as a company of 20 years we have provided services to a wide range of clients from the single person organization through to multi national and can show the work to prove it but as each door opens the client is really focused on their needs and look to us for guidance on how we would best serve their organization to provide the stability and growth they may be seeking. This could be from a Direct Mail piece through to an entire corporate overview. We spend time trying to go through the many options available and make it plain that we are both going to go through the learning curve of getting to know each other and how our businesses function. |
