Opinions Are Just That - Opinions!
FDPMEDIA know how to budget for our clients - we make sure that anything to hand that is a useful addition to the cost cutting exercise is put to good use. Recently we advised a client to re-use display stands and to re-organize the way they present their existing product base simply to maximize any opportunity while FDPMEDIA address the long term aspects of client growth and retention. Getting foot fall to come into a store for many street level outlets is critical to survival in any difficult situation be it an economic one or the more direct affects of a competitor moving into the same selling zone which has an immediate affect on take up.
One aspect that has come to the forefront lately during our connections with clients and suppliers is the downgrading of online marketing to become just one element of a company's marketing activities and requirements. As part of the overall suite of promoting services and products an effective online presence is a superb method of allowing clients that have already been contacted or have searched for and found a company that seems to fulfill the users needs to interact with the full information on offer online.
Over the previous 20 years we have learnt that it is important for any two organizations to be able to understand each others drivers, wants and needs. Unless we as a marketing company spend time prior to any work or contract being drawn up to fully explain how we work, what we can offer and what the various stages of the experience will be it is hard for a client to make effective judgments on whether the supplier will supply what is required. Often during these sessions of building knowledge the requirements of the client will change due to a better understanding of what they are trying to achieve through open conversations with FDPMEDIA.
FDMEDIA will always ensure that a breakdown of costs and a firm written explanation of what will be achieved is understood by our clients. This time spent is one of the most important aspects that is often overlooked. Any supplier that on first meeting explains that they know what is required and 'it' will be delivered in 3 days may well be supplying what they want to for monetary sake rather than addressing the real issues to hand. |
