Objectives: To introduce a range of financial services products throughout the South East of England through effective branding and information provision.

Plan of action: Introduced the word 'Group' to encompass a series of separate activities and personnel. Establish a clear range of financial services that are available through professional marketing tools and focus on both end user residential customers and businesses within the commercial sector.

Works: Create a corporate identity that covers the Group as well as individual sections of the business. Plan, design and produce literature for consumers and advertising campaigns for promoting financial services. Design and produce web sites for promotional needs, create signage for offices both internal and external use, and project manage the implementation of the renovation of 7 offices to fall into the same Group branding scheme.

Outcome: First Call Group grew into a well respected financial services company that eventually merged with a larger financial services organization whereby the First Call Group name was slowly scaled back. The outcome of FDPMEDIA's input was seen as a highly valuable part of the growth of First Call Group.
